Manoj Chugani works with CEOs, Founders, and their leadership teams who have a big mission and are committed to scaling up and growing themselves, their teams, and their business. They are keen learners and invest in developing themselves and their people. Manoj has been an entrepreneur for over 26 years and has founded and led several businesses in China including Hong Kong and the mainland, Malaysia, Spain, and France and his clients have included small and Fortune 500 companies. But of his own challenge scaling up in 2008, Manoj decided to invest in hiring coach. It was the best decision he made. The journey was transformational in many ways for his business and his life. This inspired him to become a coach and become the trusted advisor for other CEOs and founders just as his coach had been for him.

With over a decade of entrepreneurial experience herself, Rianna understands the unique complexities business owners face. She comes from a lineage of business owners of the Sindhi diaspora, known for their business acumen and tireless work ethic. This drive is ingrained in her DNA.
Rianna's diverse background spans industries like hospitality, legal, sales, and technology. But she goes beyond dispensing advice - Rianna is committed to building real capability in her clients, in their businesses. As a coach, she focuses on developing the inner capacity, skills, and mindset required for true scalability as well as providing a proven, with over 80000+ businesses worldwide, a practical structure to scale the business.
